You will greet customers, assess their print needs, capture project details, and guide them to a total print solution while assisting in-store tasks and shipments as needed.

Qualificações

• Experience greeting customers in a retail setting and addressing print needs.
• Ability to ask open-ended questions to identify print solutions.
• Familiarity with order intake tools and basic software.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions department and respond quickly.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy print needs and build relationships.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and propose solutions.
• Assist customers with self-service tasks using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions to generate potential print leads.
• Complete additional duties as assigned, e.g., assisting with shipping.
