Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the Print Solutions department and respond quickly.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand print needs and provide solutions.
• Use intake tools to capture project details and offer total print solutions
• Assist customers with self-service tasks using copy machines and PCs
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., shipping tasks)
