Staples is hiring Print Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service for print needs. You will produce professionally finished products and collaborate with customers in a fun, team-oriented retail culture. Training in print is provided and hiring is immediate.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on store needs.
• Provide total print solution by assisting many customers.
• Attention to detail and keen eye for quality issues.
• Basic computer skills including MS Word and file handling.
• Able to collaborate in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflict in a cooperative manner.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Ability to lift/move 10–50 pounds and stand/walk constantly.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the Print Solutions department and respond quickly.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy print needs.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and propose a print solution.
• Assist customers with self-service tasks using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultation to generate leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties (e.g., assist with shipping).
