Job summary

Staples is seeking a Print Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service in the Print Solutions department. You will produce professionally finished products using print and production equipment and contribute to a friendly, team-oriented store environment.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule to meet store needs.
• Able to handle multiple customers and provide total print solutions.
• Keen eye for detail and quality issues.
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send files, and use MS Word or similar.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and respond quickly in the Print Solutions department.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy print needs.
• Capture project information using order intake tools and offer print solutions.
• Assist customers with self-service tasks using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions to generate potential leads and sales.
• Perform other duties as assigned (e.g., assist with shipping).
