Responsibilities

• Greet customers and respond promptly in the Print Solutions department.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy print needs.
• Use intake tools to capture project details and propose solutions.
• Assist customers with self-service area tasks and printers/PC rentals.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
