We’re looking for someone hungry to grow with us — not just work for us.

TreeCity Print & Embroidery is an established brand in Sacramento with real equipment, demand, and momentum. But to keep it moving, we need leadership, consistency, and someone ready to take ownership of day to day operations.

Initial Compensation

• Flexible hours, including partial remote work (quotes, invoices, client outreach)

• Early-stage profit sharing on all jobs for qualified candidates who can jump in and learn fast

• Performance bonuses are paid on successful orders you help bring in

• Structured profit-sharing plan (10–15% of net) available after 90 days

Deferred Compensation (Once Profitable)

• Negotiated full-time pay rate

• Ongoing profit-based bonuses

• Leadership role in TreeCity’s next stage of growth

Your Immediate Role

• Organize and streamline shop operations (supplies, workflow, equipment)

• Communicate with clients (quotes, job status, pickup logistics)

• Operate or delegate press jobs and deliveries

• Represent TreeCity professionally and consistently

I built TreeCity Print & Embroidery from the ground up no partners no loans, or handouts, just hustle, a lot of trial and error, and a mission to build quality brands.

The machines are here. The orders come in. The name holds weight.

But I’m one person, and I’m wearing too many hats right now.

So I’m putting it out there, I’m looking for someone solid to help manage and run the shop.
