We are a growing company in need of the right individuals for the following Managerial Positions:

• Customer Service Manager - Responsible to create and maintain processes that enhance our customer experience and order entry, provide general oversight of the department, train CSR's for standard responses, and work in conjunction with the Department Managers to assign orders for efficiency.
• Promotional Products Manager - Responsible to provide oversight for the sale of promotional products and apparel, the general profitability of the departments, developing vendor relationships, and setting procedural guidelines for order placement and fulfillment.
• Sales Manager - Responsible to direct and supervise the sale of services and products offered by Little Mountain Printing, Inc., working with department managers and the marketing manager to develop sales opportunities and propositions. Work to foster and develop major accounts.
• Marketing Manager - Responsible to direct and supervise all the marketing/branding of Little Mountain Printing, Inc., and external marketing customers, working within the parameters of the assigned marketing budget for each.

Join our Drafting and Design Team!! Established Pennsylvania Pole Building Company has an opportunity available for drafting and designing of custom pole buildings. Must be educated and competent in the use of the following programs:

• MS Office, Word, and Excel,
• Microsoft Sketch-UP
• Auto-Cad

Responsibilities will include drafting and design, primarily for post-frame construction with some conventional construction. Successful candidate will work within established systems and will also contribute to ongoing development of new systems in preparing drawings and material take-offs for a variety of sold and pre-construction projects.
