Qualifications

• 1–3 years related experience in retail or print services.
• Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development.
• Experience in Print Center operations and logistics.
• Experience with visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Owns delivery of memorable customer experiences in the Print Department.
• Lead training and development of associates in print and selling techniques.
• Operate all print equipment and ensure on-time order completion.
• Maintain store safety, opening/closing duties, and loss prevention compliance.
• Coach and provide feedback to enhance associate proficiency.
