Job summary

The Bernard Group, Inc. in Chanhassen, MN is seeking a Print Project Manager to lead retail merchandising projects from concept to delivery, partnering with sales to plan, execute, and finalize work on time and within budget.

You will direct projects with AE/AM/SPM, estimate costs, manage dependencies, coordinate with contractors and in‑house teams, and ensure the final print and fixture production meets brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of related experience in project management.
• 2+ years in print, large/small format print, merchandising fixture production or retail.
• Experience in a TPOP environment with corrugated displays.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage projects from start to finish with teams to define scope, goals, deliverables, resources, timeline and costs.
• Estimate costs based on client expectations and material/labor costs for in-house or outsourced production.
• Identify dependencies and plan workbacks, delivery times, and hand-offs between vendors and in-house.
• Inform department managers of resource needs and timelines per processes.
• Negotiate with contractors/freelancers and ensure NDAs are in place.
• Produce projects using Pace and maintain complete files, art and data distribution.
• Communicate project status via email and project management tools to keep teammates informed.
• Ensure client brands, design standards, quality tolerances are met by teams.
• Track milestones and costs to keep projects on time and within budget; manage scope changes.
• Document expenses and prepare invoices for Accounts Payable per processes.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as requested by Management.
