We collaborate across teams to lead in design and production, uphold our values, and create products using sustainable materials sourced from eco-friendly partners that support social change and community involvement.

The Production Lead, Digital Print coordinates routing of jobs to and from digital presses, actively operating equipment, and completing production work tied to job tickets to ensure work moves efficiently through the press area and is finished accurately and on time for Smartpress customers. This role is a working lead and serves as a subject matter expert on digital print equipment and processes. You will learn new equipment and technologies and train teammates on machine set-up, maintenance, and workflow efficiency. You will help troubleshoot issues and enter rework tickets as needed, supporting root cause analysis to continuously improve processes and reduce future rework.

If you enjoy leading by example, improving production processes, and mentoring teammates while staying hands-on in a fast-paced print environment, this role offers an opportunity to impact quality, efficiency, and team success.
