The Talent Shop is seeking an experienced Project Manager to serve as the primary client contact from onboarding through execution and ongoing support. You will coordinate internal resources and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specifications.

The ideal candidate will bring strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a minimum of five years of PM experience and a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain an internal support structure for assigned client programs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for client projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and implementation schedules in partnership with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate resource assignments with department and functional managers.
• Produce project documentation and facilitate weekly or as-needed project review meetings.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Utilize project management systems and tools to manage workflow, track milestones, and execute projects efficiently.
• Partner with Sales and other departments to support client initiatives and business objectives.
• Ensure all deadlines are met and that client communications remain accurate, timely, and professional.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and quality standards to ensure successful outcomes.

Position Overview
