Job summary

Loffler Companies is seeking a Production Print Representative I in Red Wing, MN to produce quality output at LMS and client standards. You will work independently to organize details and meet LMS policies at a print production site.

Responsibilities include collaborating with LMS staff, following production procedures, interfacing with customers and sales, maintaining a safe work environment, and delivering timely, accurate print work using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• No industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Work along LMS Associates and optimize their productivity.
• Implement LMS production policies and procedures.
• Interface with customers, sales personnel and management to achieve LMS objectives.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
• Exercise good business judgment and initiative.
• Operate LMS equipment as needed.
• Suggest areas of site improvement.
• Maintain a clean, safe, productive work environment.
• Provide customer satisfaction at assigned site.
• Complete quality work on a timely basis.
• Deal with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Work with PC and Microsoft Suite software.
