• Strong computer skills and familiarity with email and productivity software.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Previous printing/graphics experience and Adobe CC familiarity are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with print, signage, and graphics orders.
• Gather project information and prepare print production work orders.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer inquiries.
• Operate large-format printing equipment for wide-format documents, signage, and graphics.
• Prepare digital files for production.
• Monitor jobs for quality, accuracy, and completion.
• Assist with finishing, packaging, and preparing completed orders.
• Communicate with customers and team members regarding job requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain an organized and professional production area.
