Responsibilities

• Plan jobs using production techniques to maximize profitability and ensure on-time delivery.
• Review customer specs, artwork and estimates to ensure costs are captured correctly.
• Allocate materials and coordinate with purchasing for timely procurement.
• Procure tooling or outside services as needed for jobs.
• Communicate delivery schedules, delays or concerns with account managers and sales.
• Assemble completed job ticket packets and check proofs and quality docs.
• Maintain tooling documentation and job ticket accuracy.
