Job summary

Mittera Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Project Manager to serve as a trusted partner to our clients and a key connection between customers and production teams. You will oversee projects from initial specifications through final delivery, ensuring on-time, accurate results and strong client relationships.

This role emphasizes problem solving, ownership, and growth opportunities within a fast-paced print production environment, including opportunities to expand services and drive account

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional PM experience.
• Experience in commercial printing, manufacturing, direct mail, fulfillment or similar production environment preferred.
• Strong client relationship, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and coordinate between clients and production teams.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Develop understanding of each client’s business, goals, and ongoing project needs.
• Anticipate client needs and communicate updates, challenges and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and introduce additional services.
• Manage projects from initial discussions through production, completion, and delivery.
• Translate client requirements into clear job specifications and production instructions.
• Coordinate with prepress, pressroom, bindery, fulfillment, and other departments to keep projects moving.
• Establish and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Review proofs and finished products for accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
• Identify potential production issues early and develop solutions.
