Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years in inside sales, account management, or project management in printing/signs/manufacturing.
• Proven estimating, quoting, and client management experience.
• Knowledge of commercial print production processes, stocks, coatings, and file formats.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with professional telephone manners.
• Strong time management and multitasking on tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with MIS/ERP, CRM, and productivity software.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate sales opportunities with existing accounts and inquiries.
• Provide consultative guidance on print specifications, stock, finishing, and timelines.
• Prepare and deliver project proposals, estimates, and freight quotes accurately.
• Follow up on quotes and leads to maximize conversions.
• Maintain records of client accounts, quotes, and communications.
