Job summary

LifeSkills Connection, Inc. in Carroll, IA, is seeking a Production Coordinator to oversee daily production for Options Ink’s design and print operations.

From order entry and proofing to fulfillment, you will ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards. You will work with the Operations Director, design staff, production team, and vendors to manage schedules, track progress, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills for multiple jobs and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality in production workflows.
• Ability to coordinate across Operations Director, design, production, and vendors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with order/production management software and MS Office.
• Familiarity with print production workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule production jobs from entry to completion.
• Maintain production calendar and prioritize by due dates and capacity.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to meet delivery commitments.
• Review work orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate proof preparation and internal review with design staff.
• Maintain accurate job records and inventory for production needs.
• Coordinate with vendors on outsourced services and sourcing.
• Inspect finished products and hand off to shipping.
• Provide front counter support and assist with administrative tasks.
