LifeSkills Connection Inc. is seeking an on-call Print Production Associate to support the preparation, production, and finishing of printed materials. You will operate design software and printing equipment, collaborate with teammates, and help ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in printing, production, or related field preferred.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate design software and printing equipment to complete customer orders and internal projects.
• Ensure all output meets quality standards for design, layout, and finishing.
• Record customer feedback and escalate concerns to the Operations Manager when needed.
• Answer incoming calls, assist walk-in customers, and relay messages or requests to the appropriate staff.
• Keep work areas organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Support packaging and shipping needs of customers.
• Follow all policies and procedures to ensure compliance, safety, and operational consistency.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
