Qualificações

• One year of customer service experience required.
• One to two years in print production/graphic design or a two-year degree in graphic design or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge and application of printing concepts.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Understands and fulfills the needs of walk-in customers and telephone/email inquiries.
• Communicates effectively with customers, co-workers, vendors, and leadership.
• Manages and resolves customer shipping and print problems with viable solutions.
• Packages shipments for safe arrival and cushions contents as needed.
• Operates equipment and software in an expert fashion and shares knowledge with others.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• May open/close the store and handle end-of-day accounting tasks.
