The UPS Store 7171 in Jersey City is seeking a Center Associate to deliver world-class customer service to walk-in customers, handle shipments, and manage print and graphics orders using carriers and in-store equipment.

You will advise customers on product options, operate copiers, fax, laminators, and cash registers, and collaborate with the team to ensure accurate, timely service while maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

Competenze

• One year of customer service experience required (more preferred).
• One to two years of experience in a print production/graphic design role or a two-year degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Knowledge and application of printing concepts.
