Repro Graphix in Indianapolis is seeking a Print Production & Customer Solutions Specialist to operate digital print gear, manage multiple orders, and ensure on-time delivery. You will preflight files, handle RIPs and layouts, and coordinate finishing steps with precision.

Strong color knowledge and hands-on experience are required. You will communicate directly with customers, solve production challenges, and maintain organized, efficient workspaces.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating digital print production equipment.
• Experience with RIP software, color management, Pantone, CMYK, RGB color.
• Experience with small and/or large-format printing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of specialty substrates.
• Finishing services – mounting, laminating, cutting, weeding, punching & binding.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple jobs, deadlines, and customer needs.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Prepress and print-layout experience.
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of print equipment.
• Produce high-quality work and keep projects on schedule.
• Manage multiple print jobs and customer requests simultaneously.
• Communicate with customers to understand needs and follow projects through.
• Prepare and preflight files for production.
• Manage RIPs, print layouts, color, and media usage.
• Perform finishing: mounting, laminating, cutting, trimming, and binding.
• Perform quality control and proofreading.
• Prepare orders for pickup and shipment.
• Anticipate production challenges and find efficient solutions.
• Keep equipment and production areas organized and safe.
