Paycom - ATS is seeking a Press Operator Assistant to support flexographic printing presses in a safe, clean, and quality-driven environment. The role involves PPE compliance, material handling, and routine maintenance to ensure minimal downtime and consistent print quality.

Responsibilities include training on FSSC protocols, housekeeping, machine operation (unwind/rewind, splicing, and ink system management), and reporting issues to supervisors to keep production flowing.

Responsibilities

• Follow PPE safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist in setup and operation of unwind/rewind systems for web handling and print quality checks.
• Inspect splices, monitor ink viscosities and temperatures, and adjust as needed for consistency.
• Load/unload rolls, manage waste, and maintain clean, organized work areas.
