One Stop Label Corporation is seeking a Press Operator Assistant to support Press Operators in a busy warehouse environment. The role includes supplying inks, basestock materials, and tooling, and assisting with setup and cleanup of ink stations.
The candidate should hold a High School Diploma or GED, be able to lift heavy items, stand for extended periods, and work in a non-climate controlled, noisy warehouse with safety equipment provided. Mandatory onsite training will be provided.
Job Type: Full-Time, Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm
Job Function: The Press Operator Support is responsible for providing assistance to the Press Operators by supplying all machines with the appropriate raw materials and tooling including; inks, rolls of basestock materials, and tooling. The Press Operator Support is also responsible for ensuring all raw materials and tooling are managed and stored correctly. Assists the Press Operator in setup and cleanup of press ink stations.
Typical Duties Include:
Physical Requirements: Standing for prolonged periods of time. Walking, squatting, and lifting rolls. Must have good eyesight and manual agility.
Work Environment: Non-climate controlled warehouse. Noisy environment. Safety protective equipment provided.
Machines used: Material slitter, label rewinder, and tooling cleaner.
Reporting relationships: The Press Operator Assistant reports to the following persons; Press Operators, Production Manager, and General Manager.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or G.E.D. (General Educational Development)
