Amcor Flexibles, LLC in Henderson, NV is seeking a packaging associate to verify quality and prepare products for storage on a fast-paced production line. You will read production instructions and package according to configurations, while complying with safety and GMP policies.

The role involves standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 35 pounds during a twelve-hour swing shift, with a team-oriented environment and supportive coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Verify product quality by visually inspecting defects on the production line.
• Package product into appropriate packaging for storage according to instructions.
• Read production instructions for quantity and packaging configurations.
• Work safely and comply with GMP policies.
• Stand, walk, reach, and lift boxes up to 35 pounds during a 12-hour shift.
• Collaborate with coworkers and work independently as needed.

Job Description

Primary responsibility is to verify the quality of product being produced by visually reviewing product for defects and packaging at press as being produced.

All tasks performed must be performed safely and comply with all safety and GMP policies.

After checking product for defects which we will train you to inspect for, you then package product into packaging for storage.

This involves reading production instructions for quantity and configurations of how to package properly directly onto pallets at your machine.

Standing, walking, reaching and lifting boxes of up to thirty‑five pounds repetitively during a twelve hour shift.

This process moves at a fast pace and is best suited for those that like to keep busy and not have sedentary tasks. Time passes quickly!

Will perform tasks that require you work with others as a team and alone at times. (Great coworkers!)

Shift: Swing

Pay Rate: $18.77
