Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers via phone and email.
• Process orders and create accurate job tickets.
• Prepare quotes using PressWise and pricing tools.
• Coordinate artwork, proofs, production schedules, and approvals.
• Communicate job status and turnaround times to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Production to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Coordinate outside vendor quotes when needed.
• Research repeat orders and previous job history.
• Manage delivery, shipping, and customer pickup requirements.
• Set up new customers and support assigned sales accounts.
• Monitor jobs through production and address issues proactively.
• Manage house accounts and provide exceptional service.
