Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate digital and color print equipment for document production.
• Perform mailroom tasks: sorting, delivery, metering, and packaging of mail and packages.
• Use finishing equipment such as laminators, paper cutters, and inserters.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and maintenance of office equipment.
• Monitor job queues, perform quality checks, and log/report production activities.
• Assist with file preparation, scanning, archiving, and electronic file management.
• Interact professionally with clients and end‑users; provide support and escalated issues as needed.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist in ordering office/production supplies.
• Participate in workflow optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
