Job summary

You will support all production areas including bindery, inserting, addressing, metering, shipping, and the Custom Hand Mailing area, while training staff and acting as backup for vacations. The role requires a collaborative, customer-focused approach and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree or equivalent related work experience.
• Print and Mail Industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team to meet priority work on schedule with quality and safety standards.
• Assist and support all areas including bindery, folding, cutting, inserting, addressing, metering, shipping, and Custom Hand Mailing.
• Oversee print production in Digital Print Services for black/white and color output.
• Train second shift staff and serve as backup during vacations or absences.
• Perform other duties as required.
