Job summary

Conduent is seeking a Print Operations Manager to lead high-volume transactional print, mail, and insert operations across three shifts. The role ensures production performance, quality standards, and client commitments in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience from commercial printing, transactional print, or document services, overseeing supervisors and teams while driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in Print or Mail Operations.
• Experience managing supervisors and multi-shift teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead print, inserting, and mail production across multiple shifts.
• Ensure SLAs, quality standards, and production commitments are met.
• Oversee daily production schedules, workflow, capacity planning, and staffing.
• Serve as escalation point for production, quality, equipment, and delivery issues.
• Manage performance to meet productivity, quality, service, and financial targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop Shift Supervisors and Operations staff.
• Foster accountability, engagement, safety, and operational excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement, monitor metrics, and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors for uptime and readiness.
• Provide operational updates and performance insights to leadership and clients.
