Job summary

Plascore Inc in Zeeland, Michigan is seeking a Print Line Operator to set up and run the print line for aluminum foil and Nomex paper according to the production schedule and processes. This weekend shift (Friday–Sunday, 6:30 am–6:30 pm) offers starting pay of $23.48 per hour, plus a sign‑on bonus of $1,200 and ongoing incentives.

Training on first shift is provided to ensure a smooth transition. You will perform status checks, monitor adhesive weights, maintain temperatures and dye mix, keep

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Must be eligible to work on programs subject to ITAR (ITAR eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Set up machine according to designated specifications.
• Perform adhesive weight and percent solids tests.
• Maintain proper adhesive temperatures and dye mix.
• Change/clean print cylinders as needed.
• Ensure aluminum and Nomex are fed into the line properly and run efficiently to reduce waste and maintain quality.
• Maintain line throughout run.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, chemical usage, and titration.
• Maintain an inventory of supplies and orders as necessary.
• Use overhead crane to remove aluminum rolls.
• Provide customer value through cost, quality, and delivery by being efficient and safe.
• Participate in improving products, processes, equipment and methods.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
