Plascore is seeking an Auto Sheeter for 1st shift in Zeeland, MI. You will load/unload aluminum foil on the sheet line, enter orders, and monitor quality to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

The role starts on 1st shift, Monday through Friday, with a starting wage of $18.90 per hour and a $1,200 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include data entry, material preparation, and maintaining safe, organized work areas.

Responsibilities

• Determine materials to be sheeted for the day.
• Enter data from work orders into the main control panel.
• Monitor printed foil quality and maintain charts.
• Sheet aluminum blocks according to work orders.
• Prepare completed blocks for pressing and unload for processing.
• Monitor equipment and keep workspace clean and safe.
• Perform quarterly inventory checks and assist other areas.

• As an Auto Sheeter you will set up, load and unload aluminum foil on the automatic and manual sheeting line.
• Currently there is an opening for an Auto Sheeter in our Metals division on 1st shift (Monday - Friday 6:30AM to 2:30PM)
• Metals Auto Sheeter: Starting at $18.90 per hour on the 1st Shift!

Sign on Bonus

• $1200 FOR THIS ROLE ONLY.
• $100 EVERY 30 DAYS YOU WORK UNTIL 1 YEAR ($1200).

Key Responsibilities

• Determine what materials need to be sheeted for the day.
• Enter data from work orders into the main control panel.
• Monitor printed foil to ensure good quality.
• Complete all charts and related paperwork.
• Sheet Aluminum blocks according to work order.
• Prepare completed block for the pressing operation.
• Unload blocks from sheeting table and stage for pressing.
• Monitor equipment and maintain in good working order.
• Properly dispose of scrap material.
• Perform inventory checks on a quarterly basis.
• Assist other production areas as required.
• Provide the customer with the best value including Cost, Quality, and Delivery by being efficient, productive, and careful.
• Participate in improving our product, processes, equipment, and methods.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Continually looks for ways to improve job efficiency and performance.
• Perform all reasonably related duties as assigned.
