Job summary

GFI Digital in Jefferson City, MO is seeking a Print IT Field Support IT Technician to install, support, and repair printing, scanning, and network connectivity for MFPs and related software.

This highly technical role requires strong computer/network knowledge, excellent customer service, and the ability to multitask in a field environment while maintaining professional service standards.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience
• Valid Driver's License
• A+ or Network+ Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Install and configure MFPs to customers' networks and systems, including print drivers and software
• Troubleshoot connectivity, printing, scanning, and related network problems for GFI equipment
• Update firmware on a variety of devices and maintain device configurations
• Manage territory calls and installs, and complete administrative paperwork accurately
