RRD is seeking an experienced Engineering Project/Process Manager with print industry background to lead printing, packaging, and prepress workflows. You will oversee color management strategy and enterprise-wide workflow integrations across multiple business units, driving standardization and seamless technology rollouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a manufacturing/engineering field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years related experience in engineering project management.
• Proven track record leading cross-departmental technical projects and multi-site implementations.
• Experience evaluating, negotiating, and managing vendor contracts and capital equipment procurement.
• Ability to manage capital projects with remote and onsite teams; strong spreadsheet and PM tool usage.
• Excellent MS Office skills; strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of capital equipment and software projects across units.
• Partner with Operations, IT, QA and Procurement to align investments with business goals.
• Develop and standardize prepress automation and enterprise color management workflows.
