Job summary

RR Donnelley (RRD) seeks an experienced Engineering Project/Process Manager to lead printing, packaging and prepress workflows with enterprise color management. You will standardize processes, manage complex technical projects across units, and ensure seamless technology integration.

Ideal candidates have expertise in printing equipment, prepress automation, workflow systems, and vendor management. Strong leadership and communication are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Process/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years related experience.
• Project management experience across cross‑departmental technical projects.
• Vendor management experience with contracts and capital equipment.
• Capable of executing capital projects remotely and onsite.
• Estimating and capability analysis for equipment additions.
• Develop and update spreadsheets and project management tools.
• Create models and testing protocols for new equipment.
• Build internal/external relationships to address manufacturing needs.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Vendor & capital asset management across equipment, facilities, and related responsibilities.
• Lead technical evaluations, specifications, and project delivery for capital tech.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, QA, and Procurement to align investments.
• Lead end‑to‑end planning and implementation of prepress and color projects.
• Manage workflow upgrades, migrations, and enterprise‑wide rollouts with minimal disruption.
• Develop and optimize prepress automation.
• Standardize print processes across digital, proofing, flexographic, and offset.
• Maintain enterprise color management specs and guidelines.
• Oversee Kodak Prinergy and Eskoworkflow environments.
