Responsibilities

• Support planning, creation, production, and distribution of print and digital advertising for both divisions.
• Assist with advertising briefs, wireframes, production schedules, proofs and revisions.
• Gather product info and imagery from Merchandising for upcoming ads.
• Review pricing, product information, messaging, and creative for brand consistency.
• Coordinate production of print ads, digital ads, signage and collateral.
• Work with printers and external vendors to support advertising production.
• Maintain project files, schedules, and approvals through production.
• Proofread advertising materials and perform quality assurance before final production.
• Support the Manager, Print & Digital Advertising with daily projects and needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Store Operations on promotions.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and production efficiency.
