• 2+ years of experience in advertising operations, ad trafficking, publishing, or related fields.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily trafficking of print and digital advertising from order through publication or campaign launch.
• Review ad orders and creative materials for accuracy, completeness, specifications, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with Sales, Design and Production to ensure ads move through the workflow efficiently.
• Manage advertiser proofs, revisions, approvals, and last-minute changes.
• Track missing artwork, creative, approvals, and other items needed to meet deadlines.
