Job summary

Fourth Floor is seeking a creative Print Production Coordinator on a contract basis in New York. You will coordinate production of in-store signage, manage supplier delivery, and maintain comprehensive project records from start to finish.

The role requires 1+ year of experience in retail/consumer marketing or print production, strong communication and project management skills, and an undergraduate degree in a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator preferred.

• Coordinates production of all in-store signage including digital, offset and large format printed materials, in partnership with Marketing teams
• Manages creation of distribution lists and ensures delivery of all projects with external suppliers
• Maintains records for all projects from start to finish including purchase orders, artwork routing and invoice approvals
• Maintains Group digital and physical collateral archives
