Gill Reprographics Inc in Oakbrook Terrace, IL seeks a Customer Service/Production Lead to join our Chicago area location. This dual role combines frontline customer interaction with hands-on production coordination, including occasional pickup/delivery of orders. A reliable vehicle is required, and basic computer knowledge is expected.

Customer Service/Production Lead

GRI supports the construction industry working with architects, engineers, developers, general contractors, and sub-contractors with 9 office locations across 6 states. We print everything from large format blueprints and jobsite signage, to small format documents such as specifications and close-out manuals. In addition to printing, we scan documents and drawings for archival, laminate and mount, as well as selling and supporting some equipment in the field.

We are currently looking for Customer Service/Production Lead person to join the team and lead our Chicago (Oakbrook Terrace) area location. This is a dynamic, dual role, hands-on position in which you will work closely with customers and building relationships, while also taking part in production orders and making things happen! We pick up and/or deliver orders for some accounts, so a reliable vehicle is a must. Basic knowledge of computers is expected. The hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm. Occasional overtime may be required. Duties and responsibilities include:

• Be a team player with positive attitude at work.
• Process customer orders, handle any inquiries and issue resolution.
• Process customer invoicing and/or quotes in company accounting system.
• Minor maintenance functions with the equipment include replacing consumables (paper/ink/toner/etc.), cleaning, replacing filters, etc.
• Provide great customer service, building and supporting working relationships with existing customers as well as new customers/accounts.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and well-organized shop at all times.
• Excel at multi-tasking in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
• Maintain and order production resources in the office including paper, ink, and toner.

This position starts at $25 dollars an hour with room for growth and expansion within the company. Some experience in the reprographics industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
