Job summary

Heidelberg USA is seeking a Prinect Color Specialist to deliver color management consulting, implementation, training, and technical support to Prinect Production and Sheetfed customers across the United States. The role emphasizes optimizing color workflows and achieving high-quality color reproduction through Heidelberg solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of color theory and color management principles.
• Experience with print production systems and workflows.
• Understanding of prepress, pressroom, postpress, and CtP operations.
• Experience delivering technical training and customer education programs.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site color training for press calibration, proofing systems, device calibration, and color workflow optimization.
• Implement and maintain color management solutions within the Prinect ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot color workflow, print quality, and software-related issues.
• Provide advanced technical support to customers and internal teams.
• Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and best-practice documentation.
