The Role

They’re looking to bring on senior engineering talent to the team to build and scale the systems that power their cloud management platform. You’ll work across infrastructure, backend services, and platform tooling to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance as the product grows.

This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys architecting cloud systems, and wants to shape how infrastructure supports large‑scale data and AI‑driven workloads. You’ll collaborate closely with the CTO and senior engineers to build a highly available, secure, and efficient multi‑cloud platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure across AWS and GCP
• Develop backend systems and APIs to support data and FinOps workloads
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and modern DevOps practices
• Drive observability, reliability, and performance improvements across systems
• Partner with engineers to build CI/CD, monitoring, and deployment frameworks
• Work across multi‑cloud environments to support analytics and automation features
• Own your work end‑to‑end — architecture, build, deploy, and maintain production systems

Your Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software or infrastructure engineering
• Deep hands‑on experience with AWS (bonus: GCP)
• Strong skills in Python (bonus: Go or SQL)
• Experience managing and scaling cloud‑native systems and services
• Familiarity with Terraform and infrastructure as code principles
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, and system reliability
• Experience with CI/CD, monitoring, and automated deployment pipelines
• Excellent communicator with a collaborative, pragmatic engineering mindset

Bonus Points

• Experience in a startup or fast‑paced environment
• Exposure to GCP, Kubernetes, or serverless infrastructure (Lambda, Cloud Run, etc.)
• Familiarity with FinOps, cloud cost optimization, or platform reliability at scale
• Background in building internal tools, platform APIs, or developer infrastructure
• Understanding of SOC 2, GDPR, or cloud‑native compliance best practices
