About Primient

Primient is a century old company with an entrepreneurial spirit. We are a leading producer of food and industrial ingredients made from plant-based, renewable sources. We deliver value through deep technical, commercial, and operational excellence that is backed by our long-standing corn wet milling heritage. Wherever we are in the process, from field to customer, our priorities are focused on ensuring we produce the safest, highest quality products through practices that uphold both our responsibility and commitments to the challenge and drive for excellence, our people and our planet. We are a privately held company with locations across the US, Mexico, Poland, and Brazil. We’re investing in our plants and people to unlock our potential in the industrial and food sectors. Guided by our values of Safety, Excellence, Integrity, and Growth, we’re focused on growing our business, our reputation, and the career of every teammate.

We're looking for a delivery leader with a technical foundation who's ready to shape how we build, integrate, and evolve enterprise solutions — starting with Workday and expanding across our digital landscape.

Lead delivery: architecting solutions, aligning stakeholders, and driving outcomes across complex enterprise programs. You bring technical credibility to business conversations and business context to technical teams. This is a high-growth role.

About the Role

The Principal, Digital Delivery – Workday is responsible for leading the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of Workday solutions that enable key business processes and support Primient’s broader digital strategy. This role partners closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate functional needs into scalable system solutions, lead enhancements and integrations, and ensure reliable delivery across the Workday landscape.

Serving as a strategic partner and subject matter expert, the Principal bridges business requirements with technical capabilities, drives cross-functional initiatives, and helps optimize processes, system performance, and user experience.

Experience with SAP FICO is preferred and will support broader enterprise integration and Finance-related initiatives, but strong Workday expertise is the primary requirement for the role.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the Workday Portfolio — Own delivery, enhancements, and integrations across Workday HCM and Financials, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines
  • Architect Solutions — Evaluate options, design scalable approaches, and guide technical decisions across Workday, SAP, and adjacent platforms
  • Drive Cross-Functional Delivery — Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and partners to ship effective solutions
  • Apply AI to Accelerate Delivery — Identify opportunities to leverage AI for automation, integration, testing, documentation, and process optimization; bring AI thought leadership to your team and stakeholders
  • Manage Roadmaps & Governance — Maintain delivery plans, dependencies, documentation, and change control
  • Mentor & Build Capability — Guide analysts, developers, and delivery teams; foster accountability and knowledge sharing

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and Advance the Workday Portfolio: Lead delivery, enhancements, integrations, and continuous improvement across Workday, ensuring alignment with business priorities, timelines, and budgets.
  • Serve as a Strategic Partner and Workday SME: Advise business stakeholders on process design, system capabilities, and solution options to maximize the value of Workday.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Delivery: Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners to deliver effective solutions and resolve issues.
  • Manage Roadmaps and Governance: Develop and maintain solution roadmaps, delivery plans, timelines, dependencies, documentation, and governance requirements.
  • Engage and Align Stakeholders: Serve as a key point of contact for business leaders and project stakeholders, providing updates, managing expectations, and maintaining momentum.
  • Identify Transformation Opportunities: Partner with business and process owners to identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, integrations, and user experience.
  • Ensure Quality and Change Control: Oversee testing, validation, documentation, approvals, and change management to support successful releases.
  • Manage Portfolio Financials: Support budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis for assigned initiatives.
  • Provide Leadership and Mentoring: Guide delivery teams, support knowledge sharing, and foster accountability and collaboration across IT and the business.
