• 10+ years of enterprise application or ERP consulting experience, including substantial Workday consulting responsibility.
• Strong Workday knowledge across Financial Management and Supply Chain with deep expertise in at least one area.
• Experience leading Workday assessments, optimization efforts, post-production support, or similar engagements.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical Workday recommendations for business and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday consulting work as the senior functional lead on assessments and post-production projects.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and client satisfaction with delivery leaders.
• Translate finance, procurement, and supply chain priorities into practical Workday recommendations.
• Identify implications across configuration, integrations, data, reporting, security, and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with presales to define delivery approach, scope, assumptions, dependencies, and effort estimates.
