You will work directly with clients to understand processes, translate needs into Workday solutions, and drive optimization and advisory engagements. Baltimore-based, full-time.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise/ERP consulting with Workday focus.
• Strong Workday knowledge across Financial Management & SCM.
• Experience leading assessments, optimization and post-production work.
• Travel willingness to meet client needs.
• Executive presence with referenceable client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday consulting as senior functional lead on assessments and post-production projects.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and client satisfaction.
• Translate finance and supply chain priorities into practical Workday recommendations.
• Identify implications across process config, integrations, data, reporting, security.
• Assist presales in defining delivery approach and effort estimates.
