Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Principal – Welding to provide technical leadership in welding and advanced manufacturing. You will drive innovation, lead cross-functional teams, and implement cutting-edge technologies to improve quality, efficiency and competitiveness in aerospace production.

The role emphasizes expertise in TIG and electron beam welding, lean manufacturing, data analytics, and program management across global operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in welding aerospace components.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Experience in advanced manufacturing and lean principles.
• Strong knowledge of TIG, E-beam welding and welding automation.
• Familiar with AWS D17.1 and AMS2750 standards.
• Knowledge of GD&T concepts and symbols.
• Proficient in Excel and data analytics.
• Strong problem solving and decision making.
• Experience managing multiple projects globally.
