  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to support production goals
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards, safety regulations, and industry requirements
  • Support integration and advancement of manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, advanced processing methods)
Core Technical Focus
  • Aerospace special process manufacturing
  • Thermal barrier coatings, including ceramic or aluminizing technologies
  • Preferred specialization in EBPVD (Electron Beam Physical Vapor Deposition)

This role includes full technical ownership of coating processes, directly impacting product performance and customer requirements.

  • Experience in data analysis and process control (e.g., statistical process control).
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a technical leadership capacity.
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct hands‑on experience with EBPVD coating processes.
  • Experience in highly regulated aerospace manufacturing environments.
  • Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies (automation, robotics).
  • Strong project management and continuous improvement experience.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt.
Team & Work Environment
  • Part of a technical leadership group alongside Principal and Lead Engineers.
