Lime is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Vehicle & Infrastructure to lead a hardware/firmware oriented product, shaping the long-term roadmap and customer experience. You will partner with engineering, design, research, operations, and policy teams to bring new vehicle solutions to market, balancing technical trade-offs and business needs.

You will work remotely within the US, traveling up to six times yearly to collaborate with global teams, a role that rewards data-driven insight,

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a technical leader and/or PM with hardware/firmware experience.
• Passionate about Lime’s mission and micromobility space.
• Empathetic toward customers and data-driven decision making.
• Owner’s mindset with a track record of delivering outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, research, and operations.
• Use data and insights to define requirements and prioritize features.
• Write detailed PRDs and gain stakeholder consensus.
• Oversee end-to-end execution and successful product launches.
• Continuously improve products based on field feedback.
• Engage in technical trade-offs across hardware, software and power systems.
• Identify and solve broader organizational challenges for efficiency.
• Travel to San Francisco or other US locations at least 6 times per year.
