Lime is growing! We are on the lookout for a product leader to join our innovative Rider team: a Lead Product Manager, Rider Experience.

In this pivotal role, you'll join the Rider product team, playing a key role in enhancing and revolutionizing the customer experience through our mobile app and other customer‑facing platforms. This role will be focused on a major area of the Rider experience that will help make Lime easier, more intuitive, and more valuable for riders.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, and is adept at solving immediate challenges while keeping an eye on long-term strategy. If you're passionate about building, scaling, and contributing to a forward‑thinking organization, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.

This position may require occasional travel to support business operations, which is considered an essential function of the role. Lime will provide reasonable accommodations as needed.

This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates to reside in the United States to maintain effective collaboration across teams.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead the development and optimization of Lime's mobile application to build an amazing rider experience that makes it easy to get started on Lime and want to keep coming back.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the rider journey, focusing on usability and satisfaction.
  • Be the voice of Riders, analyzing user feedback, customer research and market trends to inform product strategy and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to implement new features.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch and post‑launch analysis.
  • Prioritize product backlog and development efforts to align with business goals.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators to measure product success.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI to create simpler, more personalized, and more effective rider experiences.
  • Use AI tools as part of your day‑to‑day product development process to accelerate research, analysis, prototyping, and execution.
About You:
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in product management within a big tech or startup environment.
  • Proven track record of managing and launching successful consumer‑facing mobile app products. Experience in mobility, transportation, or marketplace products is a big plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
  • Strong AI fluency and hands‑on experience using modern AI tools to improve how you build products. Experience building AI‑powered consumer products or experiences is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • We are a remote first company! We welcome applications from anywhere in the US or Canada.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in mobile app development and UX/UI design.
  • Experience building AI-powered products, features, or workflows with tools like Claude.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
  • Prior experience and comfort in a fast‑paced, scaling dynamic environment.
  • Previous Mobility or Transportation experience is a big plus.
U.S. Based Position - What We Offer:
  • Comprehensive Health & Wellness: A choice of medical, dental, and vision plans. We also provide company‑paid life and disability insurance and company‑funded mental health benefits.
  • Financial & Retirement Planning: 401(k) plan with both pre‑tax and Roth options, and access to a Health Savings Account (HSA) with a monthly company contribution.
  • Family & Fertility Support: Paid parental leave for birthing and non‑birthing parents, plus fertility and family‑forming benefits.
  • Paid Time Off: Unlimited vacation, paid leaves, and 10 company holidays.
  • Unique Lime Perks: Complimentary use of Lime vehicles in participating cities, a monthly phone allowance, dedicated learning and development days, and access to perks including One Medical, Wellhub, and Headspace.
