Cengage Group seeks a Principal UX Designer to elevate our web and digital experiences through strong product thinking, design craft, and systems thinking. You will define Web strategy across complex systems, translating business needs into intuitive, scalable solutions.

You will partner with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to shape priorities and ensure our work delivers meaningful value to users and the business.

Competenze

• 8+ years of UX, web strategy, and product design experience.
• Proven ability to drive ground-breaking changes in web/platform experiences.
• Strong cross-functional influence with marketing, product and engineering.
• Robust portfolio showing end-to-end web design and measurable impact.
• Data analytics and user research to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills with teams.
• Experience partnering with engineering and translating designs to code.
• Experience using AI tools to improve design processes.
