You will guide projects across multiple states as Engineer of Record, mentor engineers, and ensure quality and safety across transmission programs. You have 12–15+ years of experience, SE licensure in CA (and IL preferred), and deep knowledge of historic and modern materials, with proficiency in PLS‑CADD, STAAD Pro, and

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Civil/Structural engineering degree required.
• 12–15+ years of progressively responsible transmission structural experience.
• Licensed Structural Engineer in CA (and IL preferred) with ability to act as Engineer of Record.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural analysis and design of transmission poles, towers, and foundations.
• Evaluate existing structures for upgrades and attachments.
• Perform advanced loading evaluations using ASCE/NESC standards.
• Conduct structural modeling with PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, and TOWER.
• Review and approve structural packages and provide field support.
