Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager for the Sponsored Products and Brands infrastructure group in Palo Alto. You will own end-to-end budget planning, cost optimization, and reporting, partnering with engineering and finance to drive strategic investments and efficient operations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape roadmaps, and build scalable systems while ensuring high service quality and delivery against business goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure budget planning and execution with engineering teams and Finance.
• Analyze expenditure patterns, identify cost drivers and optimize resource allocation.
• Architect and execute cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining service quality.
• Develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks for stakeholders and leadership.
• Champion cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams to achieve objectives.
