Amazon is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead infrastructure resource management within the SPB organization. This role blends financial acumen with technical leadership to optimize infrastructure investments and drive operational excellence.

The candidate will own end-to-end budgeting, cost analysis, and reporting while coordinating multiple teams to deliver on strategic objectives and high-impact projects.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure budget planning and execution, partnering with engineering teams and Finance to develop quarterly and annual infrastructure strategies.
• Analyze infrastructure expenditure patterns, identifying cost drivers and implementing innovative solutions to optimize resource allocation.
• Architect and execute cost-reduction initiatives that enhance operational efficiency while maintaining service quality.
• Develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks to provide critical insights to stakeholders and leadership.
• Champion cross-functional collaboration, coordinating multiple teams to achieve strategic objectives.
